Villa Adriatica, established in 2003, is a charming, small boutique hotel comprising of a total of 23 rooms spread over three floors. The white stone of Brac has been used in many famous buildings such as the White House in Washington DC. In its heart, Brac hides such pearls of cultural inheritance such as the Glagolitic stone Pustinja Blaca, which is the most remarkable architectonic monument on the island, the Dragon Cave, Skrip (the oldest part of the island), and Supetar. The nearest nightclub can be found 200m away, the centre with links to public transport and a bus station in 400m, and Split airport in some 90 km.

The originally designed rooms are all equipped with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access and a radio. A double or king-size bed, a hire safe, and either a balcony or terrace is also included in all accommodation units as standard. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable.
